His Original Homeland Is Believed To Be Quraish Arabia.
His Lineage Started From Kufa(Iraq) And Reached Delhi.
In Your Early Life You Held The Position Of A Commander (Military Rank.)
You Were Also Given The Title Of Malik Baya, Which Means Commander/Brave Ruler.
But Later You Left The Worldly Wealth And Position And Adopted A Sufi Life.
This Hijrat Brought You From Delhi To Bihar Sharif.
But What Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih Did After Coming To Bihar Was Different From Any Other Commander.
He Didn’t Just Wield His Sword- He Won People’s Hearts.
He Established Peace In Every Village. He Helped The Poor. He Ruled With Knowledge And Justice.
Gradually, People Understood That He Was No Ordinary Army Officer, But A Saint Of Allah.
Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih Rose From The Land Of Delhi, Took The Path Of Munger And Then
Made Bihar Sharif His Center. It Was Not Just A Journey, But It Was The Light Of Faith, Knowledge And
Justice That Bowed Down The Swords Of Kings And Gave Peace To The Hearts Of The Poor.
Syed Ibrahim Malik Baya Was One Of The First Great Syed Sufi Saints To Come To Bihar.
He Is Also Known As The Founder Of Syed Order In Bihar.
Even Today, People From All Sections Of Society(Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs) Come To His Dargah In Bihar Sharif To Offer Chaadar.

Munger Fort Became The First Destination.
The Earth Shook With The Sound Of Horses' Hooves, The Echo Of Drums Pierced The Sky.
The Walls Of The Fort Were Showered With Arrows, Swords Clashed With Each Other, And After Many
Days Of Fierce Fighting, The Fort Of Munger Was Conquered By Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih.
After That The Caravan Moved Ahead-
Wherever Small Kings Stood Blocking The Way, Either The Shine Of The Sword Made Them Bow
Their Heads, Or The Justice Of Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih Won Their Hearts.
Finally, The Journey Reached Its Destination- Bihar Sharif.
After Serving In The Army For Some Time, He Left The Worldly Fame.
Leaving Behind The Army, Position And Politics, He Devoted Himself To The Service Of Mankind And Sufism.
Here, He Established His Centre, Strengthened The Fort, And Hoisted The Flag Of The Sultanate.
After Reaching Bihar, He Not Only Raised The Flag Of The Sultanate,
But Also Won The Hearts Of The People.
Many Wars Were Fought- Sometimes With The Flash Of The Sword In The Battlefield,
And Sometimes With The Power Of Knowledge And Religion.
Fights Took Place, But His Identity Was Not Just That Of A Warrior.
He Became A Leader, A Spiritual Personality.
His Every Step Spread The Message That Land Is Won With The Sword,
But Hearts Are Won Only With Justice And Love.
Now This Land Was No Longer Scattered, But Came Under The Shadow Of A Strong System.
Finally, Victory Was Won By Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih.
These Wars Of Conquest Not Only Strengthened The Regime But Also Spread Peace, Justice And Sufi Colours On This Land.
Sitting Here, Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih Explained To The People That The Real Purpose Of The
Journey Was Neither Throne Nor Wealth, But To Win The Hearts Of The People And Fight Against Oppression.
This Is The Reason Why The Name Of Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih Is Remembered Even Today With Both Conquest And Mercy.
The Kingdom Of Bihar Became Famous With His Name, And His Memories Still Waft In The Air Of Bihar Sharif,
Gradually, The Streets Of Bihar Sharif Started Getting Illuminated.
Where Earlier The Rattling Of Swords Used To Echo,Now The Words Of Knowledge And The Words Of Sufis Started Resonating.
People Used To Say- This Land Has Become Even More Pure Now,And This Legacy Remains Till Today.
The Soil Here Is A Witness To How A Fakir Started From Delhi, Went Through Nalanda And Rahui,
Munger And Came To Bihar Sharif- And Made This City His Centre Forever.
At That Time, Bihar Was Not Completely United. Local Kings And Landlords Occupied Different Areas.
Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih Had Come With The Support Of Delhi Sultan Mohammad Bin Tughlaq And An Army.
His Aim Was To Suppress The Rebellions Here And Strengthen The Rule Of Delhi.
He First Headed Towards The Fort Of Munger. There He Clashed With The Local Kings And Military Squads.
After Several Days Of Fighting, This Area Came Under His Control.
After This His Journey Moved Towards Nalanda, In Between He Had To Fight With Small And Big Landlords.
After Reaching Bihar Sharif (The Only Big Centre At That Time) He Established His Permanent Fort Here.
Malik Baya's War Was Not Just Of The Sword, But Also Of Justice And Wisdom.
Instead Of Defeating Many Kings Directly, He Brought Them Closer To Him Through Peace And Justice.
In Most Of The Wars He Fought, He Was Victorious And Gradually The Entire Region Came
Under The Rule Of The Sultanate Of Delhi.
This Is The Reason Why His Wars Were Not Just Victories, But Became The Foundation Of A New System And Peace.
That Is, After The Arrival Of Malik Baya Rahmatullah Alaih, Bihar Not Only Became A Sufi Centre
But Also Became A Strong Part Of The Sultanate Of Delhi.
Many Wars Were Fought On The Way, Many Victories Were Achieved, But The Biggest Victory Was Of Humanity And Knowledge.
And This Is The Reason That Even Today The Soil Of Bihar Sharif Smells Fragrant With His Name.
Even Today, His Memory Lingers Like A Sweet Fragrance In Bihar Sharif And The Streets Around It.
Those Who Bow Their Heads At His Tomb Do Not See Who Has Come From Where-
Everyone Prays In The Same Voice.
The Sound Of Footsteps That Arose From Delhi, Passed Through The Streets Of Munger And Finally Stopped In Bihar Sharif.

Wars Were Fought With Kings, Walls Of Hatred Broke, And The Fragrance Of Humanity Spread.
This Soil Of Bihar Gave Him A Place In Its Lap And He Illuminated This Land With Knowledge, Peace And Love.
Even Today, Bihar Sharif Is His Biggest Centre And From There His Spiritual Fragrance Spread Throughout The State.
Today Centuries Have Passed, But His Light Still Shines In The Atmosphere Of Bihar Sharif, And It
Reminds Every Traveler That The Real Victory Lies In Ruling Over Hearts.
